Your Privacy Is Important To Us

We have never rented, sold, traded, or shared, our visitor information with other organizations. The exceptions are:

• Information needed to complete an online order.
• Information explicitely opted into by the visitor; entering a contest, newsletter, webinar, etc.
• Information required by law: i.e. Unauthorized use of credit cards, bank accounts, and payment provider accounts (Paypal and the like). In this case, we will give any information we have about the party(s) concerned to the proper authorities, as required.

What Information Do We Collect?

All of the information we collect is completely voluntary, but if you decide not to volunteer the information, certain parts of the website or services may not be available to you.

OPT-INS AND EVENTS

Most commonly, we will collect your name and email for things that you want to opt into, like a newsletter subscription, notifications, a contest entry, online classes, webinars, or community membership. We may also ask you to verify your age (to protect the privacy of children). We do not add you to any other list, unless it specifically says so on the form, or unless you request it.

Note: At online events, anything you volunteer to share may become public.

SHOPPING ONLINE

When you shop, online, payments are handled through a third party, like Stripe or PayPal, and they have their own privacy policies.

When you make a purchase, online, we do not have access to your credit card information. However, we will receive a copy of the transaction with your name, address, email, phone number, and purchase record, so that we can confirm your payment, process your order, and provide you with relevant information to obtain your purchase. We might also provide your shipping information to UPS, Fedex, or USPS to ship something to you.

INTUITIVE READINGS AND REIKI SESSIONS

When you ask for an intuitive reading, or reiki session, everything about shopping online, pertains. You may also volunteer information about your current life concerns, like health, relationship status, job interests, etc. This information is only used for the readings/sessions. This information is kept confidential unless we are required to share it by law. We may keep this information on file, up to 5 years, for legal purposes, when it will be shredded and disposed of.

SURVEYS AND POLLS

Occasionally, we may also conduct surveys, or polls, that we use to improve our visitor's experience. We may require an email address to validate that the survey is only completed once by an individual. We are not using it to identify you, personally, and you will not be added to a list. Participation in surveys is voluntary.

Your Correspondence With Coyote Moon

If you correspond with us by email, the postal service, or other form of communication, we may retain such correspondence and the information contained in it, to respond to you, keep a record of your inquiry, how it was resolved, and the like. As always, if you wish to have Coyote Moon "erase" your personal information or otherwise refrain from communicating with you, please contact us. Regardless, if the communication is about an online transaction, we may keep it for up to 5 years, for legal reasons.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or use personal information from children under 16 without obtaining verifiable consent from their parents. We have no way of distinguishing the age of individuals who visit our website, and so we carry out the same Privacy Policy for individuals of all ages. If a child has provided us with personal information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us to remove the information and opt out of promotional opportunities.
